Reksturinn hefur verið að fara stækkandi á met hraða og þurftum við að eyða meiri og meiri tíma í að svara tölvupóstum. Við vorum hætt að geta sinnt rekstrinum almennilega þannig við fórum að skoða hvað við getum gert. Mundi svo eftir að hafa séð Hygge Hello á TikTok þannig ég bókaði kynningarfund og viku seinna voru þær komnar í málið! Þær hafa ekki bara aðstoðað við að svara tölvupóstum heldur líka skipuleggja allt í rekstrinum eins og að auka móttöku á rafrænum gögnum frá viðskiptavinum og fleira. Þær hafa létt rosalega á byrðinni af okkur eigendum Plús og þurfum við ekki lengur að pæla í að vakta tölvupóst og engin verkefni falla á milli línanna.
